Join instructor Kat Hartson every Monday night for an all levels vinyasa yoga 6 week series. This series will be gentle, with options to intensify if desired. Learn how to breathe through yoga postures as you lengthen and strengthen your body, and relax your mind with the rhythm of breath and movement



$48 for this 6 week program, which will begin on October 15 at 6pm at the Swanton Public Library.
