Jennifer is a certified yoga instructor, her style of yoga training is Vinyasa style which is when the movement of the body is synchronized with the breath. She has also studied Hatha style which Vinyasa is built off of but includes more passive stretching. The basic teaching philosophy is that yoga can benefit all body types. Focusing on breath, while leading students through a series of movements. The sequencing and intensity of the class vary in accordance with students' experience, energy and ability. Classes are accessible to beginners, while also challenging for intermediate students. She typically combine the two styles to have a well rounded class.
